MADISON, Wis. -- Gov. Scott Walker quietly signed a contentious Republican bill Friday that would require women seeking abortions to undergo an ultrasound and ban doctors who lack admitting privileges at nearby hospitals from performing the procedures.
Opponents contend legislators shouldn't force women to undergo any medical procedure and the bill will force two abortion clinics where providers lack admitting privileges to shut their doors. The law takes effect Monday.
well It's supposedly to force the woman to BOND with the fetus and change her mind. Because, you know, women are to stupid and childlike to make any decisions regarding their pregnancies on their own!

What is it with these guys and anti- abortion. Do they think this will win them votes in the next election? they are counting on election fraud to take care of that. The ink wasn't even dry on the ruling before a number of red states drafted voter ID legislation, some of which is already passed and signed. And that's just the beginning. Without the preclearance clause, they can take away early voting, shut down DMVs, gerrymander egregiously, and probably have someone at the polls stopping any registered democrat from getting a ballot, and nothing can be done about it until after the election is over.

The House Appropriations Committee approved an agriculture budgeting bill last month that would significantly restructure the U.S. bank regulatory regime as part of a GOP effort to protect Wall Street's offshore trading in derivatives -- the complex financial products at the heart of the 2008 economic meltdown.
Republicans in Congress have been pressuring regulators for years to exempt derivatives that U.S. companies sell overseas from the new rules set by the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial reform law.
The House bill is nothing more than a backdoor way of killing derivatives reform," said Dennis Kelleher, president and CEO of the financial reform advocacy group Better Markets. "It's Christmas in July for Wall Street."
Prior to Dodd-Frank, derivatives trades were essentially secret deals between two companies, with no market or regulatory scrutiny. The 2010 law required companies to trade through a third party that guaranteed each side’s ability to make good on its bets. To buttress the guarantee, each side of the trade was required to post margin -– a small upfront deposit just in case the trade went bad. An offshoring loophole would allow firms to evade these requirements, provided they meet the technical definitions of the loophole.

Three southern Republican governors called on President Barack Obama Monday to end National Guard furloughs resulting from sequestration cuts.
Govs. Rick Scott (Fla.), Bobby Jindal (La.) and Phil Bryant (Miss.) said in a letter that the cuts would harm their states' abilities to fight natural disasters, and they urged the administration to direct the Department of Defense to reverse the policy.
"The furlough hits us at a historically inopportune time, as evidenced by many years of hurricanes, wildfires and flooding in our states from May through October," they wrote. "Under sequestration, nearly 50 percent of our full-time uniformed military personnel will be furloughed one day per week from July through September." They added that the cuts would mean less equipment to battle natural disasters."
it is the obstruction from the House majority Party that got us here in the first place. Go cry to those clowns about your problem. No, take money from the Anti abortion and Voter Suppression slush fund that your states have...

What the word?
Your family is every important, and so are each family member's health and fitness. That is probably why a lot of individuals are reading about family health and fitness whenever they have the chance; they read books, magazines, emails, newspapers, e books, and even articles. Almost all of the reading materials can be very confusing, too serious, too in depth, too long, or too complicated. But nevertheless, such materials contain what you need to know.
Unused information is worthless, so even if you found countless numbers of health and fitness information, it is of no good if you don’t use it. All your needed information about health and fitness are out there. Many experts, writers, and trainers have different things to say; so the best thing to do it to start having a health and fit family life now.
Here are simple steps that can help you in your struggle to attain a healthy and fit family life.
- Always eat a healthy diet. You might be aware by now of what a healthy diet is; and as parents, you should set an example to your children by eating healthy foods. If your children often see you doing just that, they will eventually follow your eating habits. You don’t have to be technical about your food preparation. With a little information about the different food groups and a little creativity in your cooking, you can give your family a healthy meal everyday.
- From breakfast to dinner, make sure that you eat foods rich in protein like red meat, turkey, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, and fish. Proteins are important for your body because this maintains your muscle mass. Muscle mass is an essential key to excellent health and/or fitness.
- Fats can be very harmful to your body, but if you only eat the good fats in every meal, you're on your way to a healthy and fit body. Make sure that stay away from saturated fats because it can do more harm to your body.
- You know the importance of getting a daily exercise. It would be best to have your own family exercise plan, encourage your children to join so that they will know the significance of exercising every day. You can start your exercise plan of about two hours for a period of five days. Try a lot of exercises and just make sure that you do it the proper way. Teach your children simple exercises that they can do on their own while you try other strenuous exercises.
- Talk to your family, especially to the children. Tell them of your good intentions, and that you're bound to carry such goals. Once your family sees that you're determined and serious, they will eventually support you.
The secret is to get all your family members involved in your quest for health and fitness. This is an activity that can only be realized if all of you worked together. Forget about the articles, books, etc. your search for health and fitness information is over. Act now and soon you can see that your family is already living a healthy and fit life. Thanks to your efforts your family can avoid health problems in the future.

So today I decided to share some killer tips and techniques I personally use. When I first implemented them, my confidence doubled. Hope you use them and enjoy an increase in your fitness level, too! Pro Fighters do not do this...we are pigs for the tought stuff. Because we know from the pass of those who went before, that this just work.....
What people need to realize is that staying active and eating right are critical for long-term health and wellness -- and that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The more you know about how your body responds to your lifestyle choices, the better you can customize a nutrition and exercise plan that is right for you. When you eat well, increase your level of physical activity, and exercise at the proper intensity, you are informing your body that you want to burn a substantial amount of fuel. This translates to burning fat more efficiently for energy, there by losing the weight. In other words, proper eating habits plus exercise equals fast metabolism, which, in turn gives you more energy throughout the day and allows you to do more physical work with less effort. The best boxer have smooth moves. and last longer.
Make your body work, and you know what? Each time you exercise, your body responds by upgrading its capabilities to burn fat throughout the day and night. Exercise doesn't have to be intense to work for you, but it does need to be consistent. by this I dont mean each and every day, how ever one week off is bad.
This balanced approach provides a one-two punch, incorporating aerobic exercise to burn fat and deliver more oxygen, and resistance training to increase lean body mass and burn more calories. No matter where you start, soon you will last longer, be smooth and fast, tought both mind and body.
* Resistance Training -- Train all major muscle groups. One to two sets of each exercise. Rest 45 seconds between sets. *- Pick two favorite activities, they could be jogging, biking or jump rope, fighters love this one Perform 12 to 15 minutes of the first activity and continue with 10 minutes of the second activity. Cool down during the last few minutes. * Stretching -- Wrap up your exercise session by stretching, breathing deeply, relaxing and meditating.
* From one to two weeks -- Feel better and have more energy. * From two to six months -- Lose size and inches while becoming leaner. Clothes begin to fit more loosely. You are gaining muscle and losing fat. * After six months -- Start losing weight quite rapidly.
You should have also change your diet and/or eating habits,' Dont Count calories or calculat grams and percentages this is impractical. Instead, I suggest these easy-to-follow guidelines:
* Make every meal balance -- incorporate palm-sized proteins like lean meats, fish, egg whites and dairy products, fist-sized portions of complex carbohydrates like whole-wheat bread and pasta, wild rice, multigrain cereal and potatoes, and fist-sized portions of vegetable and fruits * Limit your fat intake to only what's necessary for adequate flavor * Drink as much water throughout the day as you can, working out take the water out of you. * I also dont recommend that you take a multi-vitamin each day, eat right to ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

In the clear!

I build a list of daily words of wit to use in my new business (Monte's), Yes I have a new business, which is why I have not been writing for some time... very busy trying to stay in business... Monte's is my new restaurant located in downtown Tucson, AZ. USA.

Now for the daily word of wit: If being full of it was worth money, a lot of us would be rich.

Your first program
If you do cardio for 30_45 minutes a day 6_7 days per week for 8_12
weeks, you'll get so lean, you'll kick yourself for not realizing
it was that simple.
I don’t want to hear lots of whining and complaining. Or some expert fighting me on this
daily cardio wont burn up muscle each and every day on the Army team we ran 5,10, or 12 Miles.
You may have plenty of buts. But this and but that, but do you have plenty of RESULTS!
get off your "buts" to get lean, just make up Your mind to do what it takes
to get the job done _ not what the trend of the day dictates you
should do.
you want to get lean and you want to do it quick, make The Chikwang program a daily discipline and the RESULTS will amaze you.
Say you don't have time! Doing training we get up at 4 or 5 in the morning to work out because it's the only way we can fit it in the schedule. The Army gives you a lot to do during the day
time is not an issue of time, it's an issue of WILLINGNESS. Are you willing to do what it
takes? That's only question you have to answer.
What we want to work on for the next week is calorie expenditure only northen but this.
DO YOUR ROAD WORK (that what fighter call running) FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH: If you are more then 30 pounds over weight, walk don’t run, the running will come soon, but you must do a fast walk.......
